Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Sugar Daddy Houston. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sugar Daddy Houston, LLC regarding your use of the sugardaddyhouston.com platform and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on sugardaddyhouston.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 20 years of age to use Sugar Daddy Houston. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 20 or older. Accounts created by individuals under 20 will be terminated immediately and permanently.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@sugardaddyhouston.com.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the platform to engage in solicitation for sexual services, share explicit sexual content, harass or threaten other members, create fake profiles, use the platform for commercial advertising, attempt to circumvent our security measures, or share any other member's personal information without their consent.
5. Content Standards
Profile photos must be real photos of you. Sexually explicit photos are prohibited. Profile descriptions must be truthful and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.
6. Connection Responsibility
Plans made between members are the sole responsibility of those members. Sugar Daddy Houston is not a party to any connection, financial or otherwise, between members. We do not guarantee the fulfillment of any plans discussed on the platform.
7. Payment and Refunds
Sugar Daddy memberships are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We offer a prorated refund within 48 hours of an initial subscription purchase. After 48 hours, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to our community. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sugar Daddy Houston provides the platform as-is. We make no guarantees about the outcomes of any connection or plans made through the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the preceding 3 months.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts. By using the platform, you consent to the jurisdiction of Texas courts.
